This month has brought our YTD dollar volume above the prior 5 year average, however, it is still down 10% from last year. Again, this is largely attributed to available inventory. This month consisted of only 1 Town of Telluride Single Family Home sale and 2 Town of Mountain Village Single Family Home sales. There were 5 homes sold in San Miguel County outside of the Telluride and Mountain Village for a total of ~$10m that helped the dollar volume this month. 3 of these were larger ranch parcels that all sold for >$3m.
