Comparative Sales Report for December 2018

This month has brought our YTD dollar volume above the prior 5 year average, however, it is still down 13% from last year. Again, this is largely attributed to available inventory and total number of sales. This month consisted of 2 Town of Telluride Single Family Home sales and 4 Town of Mountain Village Single Family Home sales. There were 7 homes sold in San Miguel County outside of the Telluride and Mountain Village for a total of ~$6m and 2 Ski Ranch homes sold for a total of ~$3.4m. These sales helped the total dollar amount for the month be closer to the prior 5 year average.
