With more than a decade of experience in property management and real estate investment, and a lifetime of being immersed in the world of building and land development, Francesco Moceri possesses a wealth of knowledge and passion for the area as an expert in the Telluride, Ridgway, Ouray, and Montrose markets.

Originally from Michigan, Francesco honed his skills working with his family at Moceri Companies, a leader in residential, commercial, luxury home and land development. He studied business management at Oakland University, and Culinary Arts at the International Culinary School of Denver. 

Growing up skiing and hiking in Aspen, he developed a deep love for the mountain lifestyle and made it his goal to plant roots in the Western Slope of Colorado. In 2013, Francesco made the leap and moved to Telluride and has resided in the area ever since. He is now raising his two young daughters with his wife, artist Anna Kristine, in the beautiful Uncompahgre River Valley.

In the winter you can find Francesco skiing the extreme terrain of Telluride, Crested Butte, and Silverton or cruising around Ute Park and the Enchanted Forest with his daughters. Outside of snow season Francesco has a passion for summiting peaks and spending quality time with his family hiking, camping, and mushroom hunting.

Francesco Moceri is a member of the Telluride Association of Realtors (TAR), Montrose Association of Realtors (MAR), Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He contributes to the First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund, the Hoot Fund of the Telluride Foundation, and the Telluride Medical Center Fund.”
