Francesco D. Moceri brings a rare combination of legacy, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial vision to the Telluride, Ridgway, Ouray, and Montrose markets. With more than a decade of experience in property management and real estate investment—and a lifelong foundation in custom luxury home building—his approach is both deeply rooted and forward-thinking. As an active investor, Francesco has personally owned and managed properties throughout San Miguel, Ouray, and Montrose counties, giving him firsthand insight into the nuances of each market.

Originally from Michigan, Francesco was immersed early on in the world of development through his family’s firm, Moceri Companies, a nationally recognized name synonymous with structure, integrity, and tradition for more than 60 years. There, he developed a ground-up understanding of real estate—from land acquisition and planning to construction and long-term value creation—shaping a perspective that extends far beyond the transaction.

He studied Business Management at Oakland University and Entrepreneurship at Northwood University, cultivating a creative, solution-oriented mindset and a highly personalized, service-driven approach to his clients.

Drawn by a lifelong connection to the mountains, Francesco made Telluride home in 2013 after years spent skiing and exploring Aspen. Today, he is proud to be raising his two daughters in the Uncompahgre River Valley, where lifestyle and landscape are inseparable.

An avid outdoorsman, Francesco lives the lifestyle he represents—whether skiing Telluride’s iconic terrain, exploring Crested Butte and Silverton, or spending summers hiking, camping, and foraging in the high country. This authenticity allows him to guide clients with clarity, insight, and a genuine understanding of what it means to live well in the region.

Francesco is an active member of TAR, MAR, CAR, NAR, and RPAC, and supports organizations including the Telluride Foundation’s Hoot Fund, the Telluride Medical Center Fund, the First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund, and the Montrose Center for Arts.

In addition to his work in Colorado, Francesco is also a licensed real estate broker in Michigan, where he specializes in luxury homes, investment properties, and land across the wine and freshwater beach communities of Northwestern Michigan and the greater Detroit markets.
