The Four Seasons updates Mountain Village project

The Four Seasons groundbreaking is expected Spring 2025 and 25% of the units are already in contract, with an array of buyer demographics and price ranges. The Mountain Village Town Manager has commended developers for their efforts to secure future hotels, construction and employee housing in the area.
 
A few changes were made to the residence breakdown in response to customer demand. Olson Kundig designed the residence interiors, while Clements designed the hotel interiors. 

Dev Motwani, Managing Partner of Merrimac Ventures highlights their design team and the brand that will deliver a product that doesn’t currently exist in the Telluride market. “There are comparable products in some other markets that sell for similar numbers, but we are always very specific about the quality of product we are delivering and that’s why it’s deserving of these price points,” Motwani said.

Construction Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Telluride marks the ski resorts first luxury development in 15 years. Infrastructure and utility work began in Fall 2024, with groundbreaking expected this spring and an anticipated opening in 2028. Weitz Construction, known for its expertise in mountain resort projects, has been appointed as the General Contractor. The development will feature architecture by Olson Kundig and interiors by Clements Design.
Sales Since launching in Spring 2024, the development has experienced strong buyer demand, with 25% of residences under agreement. Several deals have closed in the $57 million range, while overall transactions are averaging between $10 and $15 million per residence. Notably, multiple sales have exceeded $20 million, including three penthouses under contracthighlighting the strong demand for this unique, irreplicable project in Mountain Village.
Four Seasons Amenities and Services The development offers 26 private residences, 43 hotel residences, and 52 hotel rooms, all featuring in-home oxygenation systems. Residents will enjoy ski-in/ski-out access, a ski valet, private ski lockers, and underground parking. Signature Four Seasons services include a butler, housekeeping, and valet. The project's commercial spaces feature two premier restaurants, a selection of bars, lounges, and retail outlets, along with a private wellness studio offering cryotherapy, light therapy, and oxygen therapy. The 2,500-square-foot fitness area includes an indoor lap pool and a state-of-the-art gym. The 6,500-square-foot spa, which will be open to the public, includes a steam room, sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi, along with eight treatment rooms.
