The firm will be operating as Telluride Properties and will continue to maintain its membership with Forbes Global Properties, the exclusive real estate partner of Forbes Media.

Telluride Properties was founded in 1986 with offices on Colorado Avenue, at the Gondola Base and in the Town of Mountain Village. Founded in 1981, Telluride Real Estate Corp. was established by TD Smith and Ron Allred as a subsidiary of the Telluride Company as the primary marketing arm for what was to become the Telluride Mountain Village.
