San Miguel County concluded the first half of 2023 with a 34% decrease in dollar volume for the year-to-date (YTD) period of ’23, totaling $419.72 million, compared to the prior year ($639.69 million). However, this is a 5% increase over the prior 5-year average of $398.66 million. The notable growth can be attributed to the remarkable performance of Mountain Village sales, with 104 sales totaling $247.8 million.
